MOTORCYCLE WEEK
June 13 – June 22, 2008

RATE INFORMATION - ALL RATES ARE PER PERSON:

$25.00 per person per night.

Make and advance reservation of 5 or more nights and pay $20 per person per night.

All advance reservations must be paid in full by May 30, 2008.

A three night minimum will be required.

We accept Master Card & VISA, please call us if you wish to pay by credit card.

No refunds will be given for Bike Week Reservations.

GENERAL WEEKEND INFORMATION:

• Wristbands will be issued to all guests when they register and must be worn at all times. This identifies you as a registered guest at the BETHELWOODS CAMPGROUND to the staff and security in the campground.

A security check point at the front gate near the campground office and store will be setup from June 20-June 22 beginning at 8:00 p.m. Everyone entering the campground will be stopped and asked to show their wristband that identifies them as a registered guest. No visitors or unregistered guests will be allowed to enter the campground after 8:00 p.m.

• Golf carts will not be permitted to be brought into the campground by Bike Week guests. Only those golf carts that are registered by seasonal campers and staff at the Bethelwoods Campground are allowed on the property.

• Absolutely NO FIREWORKS of any type – this is for everyone’s safety.

• We reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave immediately if you or any of your party violate any of the Bethelwoods campground rules at any time.

• Checkout time is 11 AM Sunday June 22.
